Sue E. Rottura
Chief Operating Officer

Sue served most recently as CEO of Specialty Physician Partners Management, LLC, a private management consulting company, providing strategic planning, financial and business operations management services to independent dialysis facilities, physical therapy clinics and specialty physician practices. Sue began her career in dialysis in 1989, where she developed and managed multiple independent dialysis facilities and an established nephrology practice in South Florida. Between 2004 and 2014, Sue served as Director of Operations for American Renal Associates, Inc. (ARA), a publicly-held dialysis provider, and was responsible for supervising the construction, Medicare certification and ongoing operations of 20+ dialysis facilities. Additionally, she served as ARA’s Director of Government Affairs from 2012 to 2014, where she actively participated in the regulatory and legislative efforts supported by DC-based Kidney Care Partners (KCP) and Kidney Care Council (KCC), and attended meetings with numerous Congressional members, CMS, CMMI, HHS, MedPAC, GAO and White House staff.

Sue is a Past-President (2011-2012) of the National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA), where she currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors Executive Committee. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Renal Administrators Association (FRAA) and as Co-chair of the Facility Operations Committee of the Kidney Community Emergency Response Coalition (KCER). Sue is a past member of the Board of Directors of Florida Medical Quality Assurance, Inc. (FMQAI), a Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) responsible for the oversight of multiple ESRD Networks, including Network 7 of Florida.
