Join us to learn how CVS Kidney Care is working to change how the industry approaches care for individuals living with kidney disease.
CVS Kidney Care programs focus on early identification, to be a partner to you and your patients with engagement and support to delay the progression of the disease, and provide the education and counseling to prepare individuals for next steps - like transplant or dialysis - to enable more planned starts with disease progression. It has been known for many years that more frequent, longer dialysis improves patient outcomes, which can realistically only be delivered in the home. As a home-first provider, CVS Kidney Care is focused on developing programs and services to support patients in successfully starting and staying on home therapies. They are also exploring ways to innovate how to deliver home dialysis differently, with technology in clinical trials aimed to make home dialysis accessible to more individuals.
Hear from CVS Kidney Care experts on the innovative initiatives they are taking to transform the approach to the treatment of kidney disease through early identification, disease management, and a commitment to make home dialysis easier to manage and accessible to more patients.
