Jugal manages the Finance and Treasury functions of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services (ADMS) and Operation of Sapphire Medical Billing, Inc. He has been a finance executive for over thirty-five years of which over twenty-five years have been healthcare finance experiences. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Accounting/ Cost Accounting and Taxation from Rajasthan University at Jaipur and a Master of Science degree in Management Accountancy, Statistics, Business, and Personnel Administration from the University of Jodhpur, India. He holds a certificate of Principles of EDP for Accountants and Auditors from New York University.
Before joining ADMS, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Primary Healthcare Management Services at Putnam Hospital, a Corporate Accounting Manager at Englewood Hospital and BICC Cable Corporation. He currently holds positions as a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) CFO committee, a member of the Healthcare Management Association (HFMA) CFO committee, and a member of the National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA), Technical Expert Panel (TEP), Finance, Advocacy/ PAC, Home/PD dialysis, and Program/Marketing committees.
He listed as an honored professional in the Nationwide Who’s Who in the executive and business directory. He has also received numerous awards and recognition in the industry including the 2018 “CFO Excellence Awards Finalist,” the 2016 “Healthcare Heroes” award, the 2014 “Kings of Queens" award and the "Excellent Communication" award from Del Carnegie course.
